Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes resulting from circumstances beyond the control of KJ's Elite Concierge. If KJ's Elite Concierge is unable to fulfill your reservation due to an issue on our behalf, an appropriate refund will be issued.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled service. For your convenience, a secure payment invoice and payment link will be sent prior to your reservation.
